  • ✓ Teaching or coaching experience — ESL, accent coaching, speech pathology, voice coaching, or similar

  • ✓ Minimum 5 hours/week availability — Consistent schedule for student matching

How much can I earn?
Each completed paid 30-minute booking is 5 credits gross. Ledoly's standard 15% platform fee leaves 4.25 credits net. Your actual total depends on completed bookings; availability does not guarantee learner demand. Free trial bookings generate 0 credits. Approved coaches can track net credits and request payouts from the earnings dashboard, subject to the current payout terms.
Do I need to prepare lesson plans?
No. Ledoly has a complete 23-level, 77-lesson curriculum already built. Every lesson includes interactive activities, pronunciation drills, and AI grading. You review the student's AI-generated phonetic report before each session, then coach them through the areas where they need human guidance.
What time zones do students prefer?
Students span time zones worldwide — from the Americas and Europe to Asia and Australia. The most popular session windows tend to fall in each learner's local evening, which maps to mornings or late nights elsewhere, so there's plenty of flexibility no matter where you're based.
Can I coach from outside the US?
Absolutely. We care about your accent quality and teaching ability, not your location. We have coaches in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Southeast Asia. As long as you have a stable internet connection and a General American accent, you're welcome to apply.
