What's the Level Check, and is it free?
It's a free, ~12-minute check that estimates your teen's level (A1–B2) across speaking, listening, reading, and writing, then suggests a starting point. No sign-up needed to start, and it produces a parent-friendly summary.
How honest is the scoring?
Reading, vocabulary, and grammar are auto-checked against an answer key. Typed speaking and writing get an AI estimate against level descriptors — and when the AI coach is unavailable, we say so rather than invent a number. Every result is labelled an estimated practice score, not an official exam result.
What about speaking out loud and audio?
The full voice experience (spoken practice with pronunciation feedback and audio listening) is being finished now. Today, speaking is typed and listening is shown as a transcript, so your teen can still get an honest estimate. We'll switch on voice as a free upgrade when it's ready.
Can parents cancel?
Yes. One-time packs are lifetime, and the monthly plan can be cancelled any month. Parents control billing and the account.
